Koło Naukowe ARAFIN (Analiza – RAchunkowość – FINanse):

The activity of the Student Research Group began in 1994 and is focused on issues in the field of economics and finance. Students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting and finance in an enterprise, and acquire the ability to apply accounting standards in practice. In addition, they learn about the causes and effects of the occurrence of economic and financial phenomena in the conditions of the modern market economy, broaden their knowledge of the analysis and assessment of economic and financial phenomena, including the property and financial situation of economic units. As part of the activities of the Group, students have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with actual documents required by law, which are useful when starting a business. The development of skills and obtaining information is possible through meetings of the group members (including integration meetings) with representatives of the business world and participation in training courses, competitions, study visits and conferences.

The activity of the Student Research Group began in 2010 and is focused on issues in the field of law, administration, economy and management. Students broaden their knowledge of the impact of law in the sphere of social and economic life as well as gain practical work experience. An important place in the activity of the Group is occupied by study visits to institutions responsible for establishing and implementing (parliament, courts, offices). As part of the activities of the Group, thematic lectures and practical workshops with the participation of invited guests are organized. Students have the opportunity to publish their first scientific publication, take part in a competition and complete an internship.

The activity of the Student Research Group began at the end of the 2012/2013 academic year and its main goals are: creating opportunities to deepen knowledge in the field of economics and improving students’ practical skills, promoting current knowledge on economic issues, establishing cooperation with representatives of the labour market, supporting individual development and scientific interests of students, assistance in promotional and organizational activities of the Faculty and the University, as well as the integration of students of the Faculty. As part of the activities of the Group, training, lectures, thematic courses and conferences are organized / co-organized, which enable students to more effectively navigate the labour market. In addition, research is carried out and cooperation is established with the University and enterprises.

The activity of the Student Research Group began in 2017 and its main goals are: to create conditions enabling students to broaden their knowledge and interests in the field of management and marketing sciences, to conduct scientific and research activities by participating in seminar / conferences / research projects, organizing workshops and training courses, creating new ventures and supporting student and non-university projects, conducting activities popularizing the achievements of the Faculty and the University, cooperation with student organizations and enterprises and business support institutions in the country and abroad, as well as developing skills useful in future professional work. “WiR” combines science with business and builds dependency based on multilateral benefits. Thanks to the extensive cooperation of lecturers with the sphere of business, students can discover the secrets of management but also participate in scientific projects.
