  • Development of the electronic economy in the context of the present and future changes taking place in the contemporary economic reality;

  • Processes of digital transformation of modern enterprises (virtualization of organizational activity, digitization of business processes, new business models, innovative forms of business organization, new models of inter-organizational cooperation), including processes of digital transformation of companies from the SME sector in the OpolskieVoivodeship;

  • Influence Forms of entities operating in the electronic space on economic organizations;

  • Possibilities of enterprises to influence the development and functioning of the electronic space;

  • Improvement of business processes of enterprises and organizations using information technologies;

  • Issues of visualization of business models and communication about them;

  • Shaping the company-client relationship in the context of knowledge management in SMEs;
