Call for speciall sessions

On behalf of the Scientific Committee of the CILRAID-HIRB conference, we invite you to submit proposals for Special Sessions.
These sessions will serve as a platform for discussions on topics extending beyond the main thematic areas of the conference (Craft, Heritage, Innovation, Resilience, Business), for which separate thematic sections have been designated.

Procedure for Submitting a Special Session Proposal:

The session proposal should include:

  • session title;
  • set of keywords;
  • concise description of the session’s scope and content.

Application process:
Once the session proposal has been positively evaluated by the Scientific Committee, it will be incorporated into the conference registration system. When submitting their presentations, participants will have the option to:

  • select one of the main thematic sections (Craft, Heritage, Innovation, Resilience, Business),
    or
  • submit their paper to an accepted Special Session.

Organizational requirements:

  • a minimum of four abstracts is required for the session to take place;
  • abstract submission deadline: March 30, 2025;
  • session organizers are required to review submitted abstracts within 10 days of receipt;
  • following the review process, session organizers should prepare and submit a proposed order of presentations.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the organization of Special Sessions.
