BIP - Blended Intensive Programme - Diversity Management

Objective: The „Diversity Management” course aims to prepare participants for effective management of diversity in the workplace, which can contribute to improving the organizational climate, increasing employee engagement, and achieving better business outcomes. It is an essential component of professional development in today’s globalized and diverse work environment.

Contents: Analysis and study of challenges and issues of diversity management in the context of corporate environment. Team building. Collaborative work and co-creation. Development of team solutions based on managerial issues of selected company. End-users’ validation. Presentation. Solution validation.
